This practical workshop explores 8 building blocks every school can use to improve the mental wellbeing of their children. Techniques include using physical activity and mindfulness as a conduit for improving children’s anxiety, resilience, confidence and social wellbeing. We will explore how physical health is linked to mental wellbeing; the effects of exercise on the human brain; and practical strategies to develop wellbeing in every child.
