We are holding our first PE Subject Lead meeting of the year on Thursday 12 February 1pm-4pm at Arkells Conference Centre, Swindon SN2 7RU.
We will run through a synopsis of the new information as outlined by Kate (AfPE CEO) at the regional PE conference. This will include much information about the PE funding, new guidelines, focusses and information about the school sport partnership programme being launched in 2026. Further announcements are due in Jan 2026 so we will include all of this information.
We’ll have some guest speakers to provide further news and opportunities available to Swindon School Sport Partnership Schools. We will update this here in Jan.
This first session will include an update on the digital form for reporting the Premium, which is compulsory to use this year. We will also look at national updates around the future path for PE following the change of government.
