The gymnastics competition takes the main form of the performance of a set routine (a pictoral presentation of the routines is available upon request)). There are 3 different competition age groups – the format of the competition is exactly the same – but the routine is progressively more challenging for the older groups.
If a pupil cannot manage an element of the routine, they can substitute it for something different – but this will decrease the maximum points available.
This is a team competition and your team should consist of 6 pupils (any gender).
